Brother Printer Wifi Issues

- In case you are connecting the router to the wireless network for the first time, you can use the Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS) method.
- Make sure to complete the WPS process within two minutes.
- If the problem persists, open the default browser on your Windows computer and download the Network Connection Repair Tool from the official Brother site.
- After completing the download, run the tool to fix the Brother printer Wi-Fi issues.
- When the User Account Control prompts, click Yes to allow the tool to make changes to your computer.
- Next, check the wireless connection status of your printer by printing the WLAN report.
- Before starting, verify that your printer is turned on and the top cover has been closed.
- On the printer’s control panel, press and hold down the Power button until the Ready LED lights up.
- To print the WLAN report, press the Power button five times.
- If the WLAN report states that the Connection is OK and still if you cannot print or scan wirelessly, check for any errors on the printer’s control panel.
- Turn off your printer and wait for a few minutes.
- Restart your printer and try printing again to check if you can print remotely from your computer.
