One Time Fix

As per the one-time fix policy, customers availing services from us are eligible for a refund with the reported issue stands unfixed. Customers reaching us through this method are eligible for a refund for only 48 hours from the time of addressing the issue. The users can escalate the concerns within 48 hours to our email or contact number with the issue and transaction details for immediate action. On account of issues that are not resolvable, a complete refund shall be processed immediately, and the same shall be credited in your accounts within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.

Subscription Services

Consumers related to us on a subscription basis are eligible for a refund upon termination of subscription within a duration of 30 days from the date of initiation. Pro-rata method will be adopted according to the respective services for refunds beyond the 30 days mark.

The users are requested to read through our refund policies thoroughly before purchasing our services. It is entitled that the consumer has read all the terms and conditions along with the refund policies upon purchase of our services as they are mentioned precisely on our website.

Escalations raised to us upon failure to resolve the issue will be responded through an email stating their eligibility for the same. Once the refund request gets approved, the amount mentioned will be transferred to the same Bank/PayPal account that was used for the purchase of services. Under special circumstances, the amount shall be transferred to a different account, upon request by the user for approval. The estimated time for getting the refunds credit will be, 7-10 business days from the date if approval of the request.

Refunds After The 30 Days Period

The refund request shall be considered eligible only after complete submission of all the catalogs, emails and licenses issued by us, with no modification or sabotage. An acknowledgment e-mail will be sent upon approval of the same after checking the terms and conditions.
