  • Select the Activity Monitor and open it.
  • Now, type usbd in the search box to show the usbd daemon.
  • When the process is listed in the Activity Monitor, select it and click the close icon to force stop the process.

Reset NVRAM or PRAM:

Another method to troubleshoot between the iPhone Mac connection problems is to reset the NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac computer.
