  • Sometimes restarting the printer, computer, and the router may help you to resolve the Wi-Fi connection problem in most printers. After resetting all the devices used in the printing process, establish a new connection to connect the printer and the computer. Visit the manufacturer’s site to get detailed troubleshooting steps.
  • Turn off the printer and hold for 10 seconds. Detach the printer’s power cable from the printer. Link the printer’s power cord to the printer and then power it on. Separate the power cord from the wireless router and then hold for 10 seconds.
