Before setting up a wireless network connection on your Photosmart printer, you need to set up a router network connection and then gather the network SSID and WPA security passphrase or WEP key. Once the download process completes, find the driver file on your browser’s download path.
Open the Setup.exe file and click Continue to start installing the driver on your computer. Accept the terms and conditions of installation. When the HP installer asks you to select the Connection Type, select the Wireless Connection option. When prompted to add your printer, locate the Add Printer and Scanner option and add your Photosmart printer to the computer. Set your Photosmart printer as your default printer.
