How to Merge Contacts on iPhone

• Before merging, make sure you have installed the Contacts app on your iPhone or Mac system.
• Tap the icon of the Contacts app on your device and click the Card menu to take a look at the drop-down menu.
• Select the Look for Duplicates option. Wait till the duplicate contacts are found.
• When a pop-up window appears after the complete search, choose the Merge option to merge duplicate contacts.

• Unlock your phone and open the Contacts application present at the bottom of the home screen.
• Find the contacts that have been duplicated in your address book.
• Click on any duplicated contact that you want to merge.
• Tap on the Edit option present in the right corner to proceed to the next window.

• In the next screen, go to the bottom of the screen and press the link Contacts option.
• You will then be taken to the address book to select a contact to merge with the previously chosen contact.
• Click the Done option present in the top right corner to merge the chosen contacts.

• The first step is to unlock your iPhone and go to Contacts.
• Select the contact that you want to merge with another contact.
• Press the Edit button available at the top of the screen and then choose the Linked Contacts option displayed at the bottom of the screen.
• Then, choose the contact you want to merge in the next screen.
• Press the Done option to merge the two selected contacts.
• Now the contacts that you selected will be merged.
