  • Go to the Play Store and type Disney + Hotstar in the search bar.
  • Click on the Install button.
  • Open the Disney + Hostar app and log in.
  • Check whether the error code NM 4000 disappears.

Clear Data in Disney + Hotstar:

  • Open Settings on your mobile phone.
  • Select the app from the list and tap on manage application.
  • Choose Disney + Hotstar from the list.
  • Tap on the Storage option.
