The modern printers support automatic duplex printing. You have to enable the settings or turn the feature on to take a print on both sides of the sheet.
Power on the printer and allow the printer to turn silent and idle.
Check the telephone line for connectivity and ensure that it is active and working.
Connect the telephone line to the printer.
Check the user guide of the printer to locate the correct port.
After making the connection, check the Printer settings to verify the fax connection.
Take the document to be faxed; lift open the scanner glass of the printer.
Make sure that you lift the scanner’s lid of the printer carefully.
Place the document on the scanner glass.
Make sure that you place the document by keeping it in an upside down.
Close the scanner lid of the printer.
Press the Fax button from the printer’s control panel.
