Use Control + Shift + P shortcut to open the Print dialog box:

If you are looking for a quick fix, use the Ctrl + Shift + P shortcut, which might help you get rid of the issue. When you utilize this shortcut, the Print dialog box will open up. Here, you need to check the print settings. If required, modify these settings so that you can fix the issue. If this workaround is insufficient to solve the problem, try the other methods given below.

Repair the print spooler driver:

  • Open Windows Start and type cmd in the search box.
  • Select Command Prompt and right-click on it.
  • Choose Run as Administrator from the menu.
  • In the Command Prompt window, you’ll have to type in DISM.exe/Online/Cleanup-image/Restorehealth and press Enter.
  • Once the DISM operation is complete, initiate the System File Checker tool.
  • Type “sfc /scannow” in the Command Prompt window. Press Enter.
  • Now, restart your computer.
  • Check whether the webpage is printing in Google Chrome.

Reset Chrome to default one:

  • On your computer, open Google Chrome.
  • Click the three-dot icon in the browser and select Settings.
  • Under Reset and cleanup, click on the Restore settings to their original defaults option.
  • Restart the computer and check whether you can perform the webpage printing.

Uninstall and Reinstall Google Chrome:

  • Open the Start menu and click Settings.
  • Click Apps and then select Google Chrome under Apps and features.
  • Click Uninstall.
  • Now, download Chrome on your computer.
  • Click on the Accept and Install button.
  • If prompted, click Run or Save.
  • Now, double-click the downloaded file.

Continue with the on-screen instructions to install Google Chrome.

Delete local browsing history:

  • Open Google Chrome and click on the three-dot icon.
  • Select Settings from the menu.
  • Locate More tools and click Clear browsing data.
  • Set Time range as All time and enable Browsing history, Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files.
  • Now, click Clear Data.
