TEST PRINTING FROM OTHER WEBSITES OR DOCUMENTS:

  • Open a new website or choose an online document you wish to print on your computer.
  • Select the Setting and more > Print option or press the CTRL + P keys on the keyboard to print the document.
  • Now, the Print dialog box will appear on the screen.
  • Choose the respective printer with which you were trying to print earlier.
  • Next, click on the Print option.
  • If the document prints correctly, it means that there is a problem with the website or document you were trying to print before.
  • Now, open the website or document you want to print from Microsoft Edge.
  • Select the Immersive Reader icon on the address bar.
  • Try to print again once the website is opened in reading mode.

CHECK THE CONNECTIVITY:
