  • Check whether you are using an obsolete network driver version.
  • If so, update it to the latest version.
  • If you are blocked by the network adapters while changing the MAC address for the wireless network connection, disable and re-enable the Wi-Fi network adapters.
  • To do this, click the Start menu and navigate to Windows Control Panel.
  • Go to the Network and Sharing Center tab and select the Change adapter settings option in the Status section.
