Solution 1: Check The Printer Connection

  • Try to fix the network connection issues to continue printing.

Solution 2: Run The Printer Troubleshooter

  • On your Windows 10 computer, click the Windows icon to open the Start menu. Next, click the Settings icon to open the Settings app.
  • Alternatively, you can open the Settings app.
  • Click the Update & Security tab and select the Troubleshoot option from the left-side panel.
  • Under Troubleshoot, select the Printer option and click the Run the troubleshooter button.
  • Wait for the troubleshooting wizard to detect and fix the issues on your printer.

Solution 3: Set The Printer As Default

  • Open Control Panel and click the Devices and Printers tab.

Solution 4: Restart The Print Spooler Service

  • Type ‘services.msc’ in the Run dialog box and click OK to open the Windows Services.
  • Locate the Print Spooler service from the available list.
  • Right-click the Print Spooler service and select the Restart option.
  • Close the Services window and restart your PC. Now, check if the problem is fixed.
  • If the problem persists, reinstall the printer driver.
